What is Composite
From the latest aerospace and automobile technology to
boats, golf clubs, fishing poles and helmets, composites
are everywhere. There's a good chance your roofing, siding,
windows and countertops contain composite material. Wherever
high performance, long life and easy care are important,
composites push limits and provide solutions.
Generally, composite products are developed to convey
all of the benefits of their raw materials,
with few, if any of the limitations. But not all composites
are equal. Shortcuts and lower-quality stock may yield
adequate composites, but only the highest-quality raw
materials produce the best products.
Composite decking and deck railings are made by marrying
a variety of suitable polymer resins with refined cellulose,
most often derived from forest products. fiberon®
composite decking and railings are crafted at our state-of-the-art
manufacturing facility using only the finest raw materials
available and the latest in polymer technology. It is
this combination of high-quality ingredients and manufacturing
expertise that produces the best-performing composite
products in the industry: fiberon® decking and railing.
