Teak

The Vivaldi collection incorporates the highest quality teak ('Tectonta Grandis'), which is renowned for both its weather resistance and beauty.
Teak is a beautiful and durable hardwood which needs little maintenance and will remain solid for decades. The teak used in the Vivaldi collection is left natural and unoiled. When left outdoors it will change colour to an appealing silver-grey. This process will take approximately nine months, depending upon weather exposure.
Teak furniture can be cleaned using water, a mild cleaning agent and a sponge or brush. Rough or slightly grainy surfaces can be sandpapered smooth. Should the owner not wish to lose the original teak colour, they can treat the timber with a specialist teak cleaner or oil.
