Warranties

JandaRelax is offering customers a three-year conditional warranty on the Vivaldi Collection. During that period, Janda will repair or replace, at its option, any part of the frame construction or manufacturing process which it deems to be defective in workmanship or materials. This repair will be carried out at no cost to the original purchaser for labour or materials used in effecting the repair.
This guarantee will only apply while the furniture is maintained in accordance with the provided instructions.
This guarantee does not extend to cover furniture which, in the opinion of JandaRelax, is worn by normal wear and tear, or has been rendered defective through misuse, abuse or negligence. A normal characteristic of timber shall not be regarded as a defect.
This guarantee applies only to furniture used for domestic purposes.
In the event that an item needs to be returned to JandaRelax, for repair or replacement, all transport charges shall be pre-paid both ways by the purchaser unless JandaRelax provides documentation to the contrary. Within the first year of the warranty period, Janda Relax will pay for all transportation charges.
This guarantee is issued only to the original purchaser and is not transferable or assignable.
This guarantee should be construed as being subject to the provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974, and relevant State Acts. To receive the benefits of this warranty please ensure you have proof of purchase, including the date of purchase
